    DPMCS has an immediate DIRECT-HIRE opening for an IT Technical Recruiter.

    Position Duties:

    Recruiting or staffing experience in the Recruitment of IT professionals.

    Candidates will be primarily required to:

    • Search resumes against open positions.
    • Contact candidates located in searches or job opening responses.
    • Phone screen and prequalify candidates for submittal to clients.
    • Maintain resume database.
    • Maintain candidate submittal records in ICIMS Applicant Database.
    • Coordinate with candidates for client interviews.
    • Perform reference and background checks of selected candidates.
    • Coordinate with Business Development Managers the negotiation of offer with candidates.
    • Other recruiting, administrative or miscellaneous duties as required by management.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Experience in IT Recruiting
    • STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS
    • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
